My new work space!

I got hacked.
Yep. 700+ posts on this blog were all deleted. The words are still there, but the images are almost all gone. It’s been a pretty devastating blow. All of my posts are archived but my blog was not totally backed up so I need to go in and individually re-upload every single post. I will probably get things fixed some time this winter but it has unfortunately stopped me from updating very often.

It has been a crazy summer. I’ve flown over 40,000 miles to places like Hawaii, Uganda, El Salvador and a seemingly endless commute back and forth between Los Angeles and New York. I moved to LA in late July and it has been an incredibly exciting time. I now have a great studio space (above) and am really excited about the projects I’m working on through the fall. But the transition of being here has still meant being on the East Coast quite a bit. In fact, I leave tomorrow morning to head back over for nine days.

After a failed Kickstarter campaign, I’m still gathering the pieces of what my next plan is to finish “Shake the Dust” – which I’ve now been working on for several years. I’m committed to making it happen, but I have another feature doc that is wrapping up first and so that has been priority #1 post-Kickstarter. More updates on that soon.

I’m going to work on repairing this blog, as well as trying to be a little more fastidious about keeping things up-to-date. Here is a little splash of photos from the last few months, as well as a short little video that I put together from some random footage I captured in Uganda.
